Quincy Caver spent his childhood in Birmingham, AL. After graduating high school, Quincy entered the military and served 6 years with the United States Navy. While on a 13-hour flight, someone handed him a book to read just to pass the time. That book was Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad, and soon his real estate journey begun. In 2008 Quincy had a vision to create and start a company that would invest in people and real estate. Since launching Good Steward Investments in 2010, the company has experienced phenomenal growth. That growth is credited to Quincy’s passion of real estate investing and investing in the success of others. Quincy is the CEO of the company and aims to spread the message of “doing good” through real estate, financial literacy, and mentorship. He is a firm believer that financial education and entrepreneurship can change the trajectory of underserved individuals and communities.

Originally from Detroit, MI, Tabitha’s childhood was far from ideal. She grew up in the foster care system and later got adopted. Tabitha moved to Atlanta, GA when she was 19 years old and it was then she been to live life on purpose and for purpose. Her talent and gift for giving others, young and old, the framework, tools, and encouragement to be successful became a lifestyle. Tabitha started in the education industry in 2010 and then transitioned into marketing and branding in 2013. Today she is passionate about assisting sellers, buyers, investors, and renters in bringing their dreams and visions to fulfillment with creativity and purpose. How she manages to fulfill her own purpose, is by standing on the foundation that she believes is unassailable; God, Family, and Business.
